Housing List

Here is our most recent housing list reprinted from the NAMI Santa Clara Resources Handbook. Our most up-to-date information on local housing can be found here.

EHC LifeBuilders

EHC LifeBuilders (formerly Emergency Housing Consortium) tackles homelessness one life at a time. In Santa Clara County, where approximately 20,000 people per year experience homelessness, our work is making a difference.
EHC LifeBuilders is the county's largest provider of shelter, housing opportunities, and supportive services for homeless individuals, families, and youth. We recognize that a solution to homelessness and poverty requires more than immediate needs assistance, so we develop effective, self-sufficiency strategies through an array of supportive services known as the Continuum of Care.

Santa Clara Housing Authority

The goal of the Office of Affordable Housing (OAH) is to preserve and enhance the quality of life for the Santa Clara County Community through programs that assist in the development of affordable housing, support services, and housing conservation for lower income and special needs populations.
There are several programs administered by the Office of Affordable Housing including the Housing and Community Development Federal Grant Program, The Urban County Housing Rehab Program, the Mortgage Credit Certificate and Downpayment Programs, the Affordable Housing Fund, and Homeless Concerns.
